You can blame my absence on a vacation I recently took out to LA, where I attempted to do a little networking. It started out somewhat problematic — JFK went into total lockdown for four hours — but I did eventually make it out to California, where I met some college buddies, met some comic artists, writers, and novelists, and overall had a decent time of it all. Other than the rain, I think the trip went very well.

I will have more updates upon my return – I am currently in San Jose, having some fun doing non-networking relating stuff, although I do have an opportunity for something network-y for tomorrow and Sunday. Stay tuned.
