He’s working on a cartoon, and has a fairly intriguing idea: an online, all-cartoon network called KaboingTV (The real CN actually shows live-action stuff now; no matter how they justify it, it’s still a load of crap). I loved every episode, and I think the sort of dark, unhappy undertones worked. There was a deftness of touch, a maturity to Murray's style that shone through. It wasn't just depressing to be depressing, but through Rocko, he was actually developing a philosophy of life. And the Recycling song is still stuck in my head.
